Rimmel Lasting Finish Lip Liner - review
Hi! It has taken me a while to get into using lip liners. Originally, I did see the point of them, but as time went on, I finally discovered a few that I loved. One of these is the Rimmel Lasting Finish Lip Contouring Pencil (phew) in the shade '050 Tiramisu'. And it only costs £2.99! The packaging of this product is just the traditional wood pencil design. Personally, I much prefer the plastic, retractable kind, but for the price, you can't complain. The plastic cap fits snugly onto the pencil, and therefore unlikely to slide off when in a makeup bag or handbag. Tiramisu is a beautiful neutral shade, like a terracotta colour. It has a firm texture, but soft enough that it glides onto the lips. It is also immensely pigmented, and very matte. That being said, it is fairly drying, especially if applied all over lips, but that is quite a common flaw with many lipliners, drugstore or high end.
